I've been here TWICE between spring break and summer and definitely would go again! One time I went with my 10 year old son, and second time I went with a friend. I love this place! Beautiful nature, calm and so peaceful, pretty birds, great scenery especially in the early mornings. Shout out to Sharon, such a great hostess!

I originally planned to stay at the ranch for just a few days in the fall, but those days turned into a week - it was just too difficult to leave the wonderful experience. The lake, the trees, the animals, Sharon's hospitality.. I could go on and on... really made my visit special. I am definitely visiting again... and again. I can't wait!

My husband and I had an amazing time at Sharon Marie's ranch! From the beginning, she was super on top with our communication, keeping me updated with all the things I should know in advance and what to expect from our room and all the things she offers in the location. The place is a little far from cities, but that's exactly why we choose to go there! The room is great, with a window that allows you to wake up looking at the lake and the beautiful forest around it. It looks amazing! The lake had a bunch of geese and ducks swimming there all the time, and they didn't bother sharing the water with us when we went canoeing. We got to visit a few great places nearby (around 30 min driving from her ranch), like the Green lake (a huge and beautiful lake), 100 Mile House (a city with many cool places to visit), and the Iron Horse Pub in Lone Butte (great food, and amazing staff). On our way to and from those places, we crossed paths with deer, elk, cows, and even a moose and a bear on singular occasions, which made our adventure very special. We never felt we were in danger or something, but you must remember you are in the wilderness, with chances to see all those animals. Sharon also has a few animals in her property: one super friendly horse (Chicky) and two friendly pigs. We had an amazing experience and it was super worth. Sharon and her family are amazing people and we are looking forward to visit that special place again.

What an amazing surprise. I booked last minute with a late arrival time and Sharon was so accommodating. The room was amazing and super fresh and clean. I slept so soundly and woke to an amazing view. Her breakfast was delicious and I felt like we could have visited forever. I will be back again, and I would highly recommend Orren Creek Ranch. You will not regret it.

My wife and just joined Airbnb, and we chose to stay at Sharon's place aka “Orren Creek Ranch”. A little slice of heaven is an understatement! This place was truly majestic and Sharon's hospitality was simply amazing! It was like visiting an old friend! She welcomes you and makes you feel at home. And her breakfast........ OMG! Sharon could easily open a 5 star restaurant, her cooking was THE BEST!!!!
I wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we will be returning absolutely. So yes, we’ve made a new friend. Hard to come by a person like Sharon. You’ll be happy you stayed. An amazing person, and an amazing place! SEE YOU AGAIN SHARON!!!!!

Rode in from Blaine, WA on 2 motorbikes. So our arrival time kept changing. Sharon was very flexible and accommodating. When we got to our site, she hand delivered firewood for us, and fully explained all the amenities. I have never stayed in such a beautiful place. The lake sustains so much wildlife, and we were lucky enough to watch and hear the beavers in the evening. The campfire overlooking the lake was the perfect end to the day. Its so quiet and off the beaten path that aside from Sharon and her son we didn't encounter another person. Exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

After trundling down a forest road we arrived at Orren Creek Ranch, where our host, Sharon, met us at the gate. After exchanging pleasantries she directed us to our site. What a site it was. Nestled on the edge of a small clearing, a stones throw from the property lake our site gave gorgeous views and deep woods solitude. Setting up our tent on level ground, we could hear geese, loons, and the occasional beaver tail slapping the the water a scant few yards away. Night fell slowly and as the morning sun rose a perfect mirror image spread across the lake it seemed as though we were living in a landscape painting. Then the time came to depart, our gracious hosts bid us farewell and good luck. I wish I had more time to stay and experience this truly special place.
